We value our affiliates and aim to build strong partnerships with promoters who are genuinely enthusiastic about Grawt. To ensure quality and effective promotions, we have established the following terms and conditions for joining and participating in our affiliate program.

Eligibility and Requirements

Active Grawt Account Required
To promote Grawt, you must have an active Grawt account. This ensures you are familiar with the product and can authentically share its value with your audience. Don’t have an account yet? Sign up here.
Audience-Based Applications
If you have access to a substantial audience but do not currently have a Grawt account, you may still apply. Please provide detailed information about your audience, including demographics, platforms, and engagement metrics.
Clear Promotion Plan
All affiliates are required to share a clear promotion plan, including the platforms, URLs, or methods you will use to promote Grawt. Incomplete or vague applications may not be approved.

Affiliate Conduct and Restrictions

As an approved affiliate, you agree to abide by the following rules. Failure to comply will result in termination from the program, forfeiture of any earned commissions, and potential legal action if necessary.

1. Prohibited Activities

Do NOT run "negative" PPC or iframe campaigns using terms like "Grawt scam" or similar methods that portray a negative view of our product, company, or individuals.
Misleading claims, false testimonials, or inaccurate information that do not comply with FTC guidelines are strictly prohibited.

2. Link Usage

Affiliates are encouraged to use professional and clean link presentations to improve conversions. Misleading, offensive, or negative URLs are strictly prohibited.

3. Self-Purchases

You cannot earn a commission on your own purchase. Any commissions generated from "self-purchases" may be withheld or nullified.

4. Legitimate Marketing

Affiliates must correctly illustrate and represent Grawt’s features and benefits. Misrepresentation or unethical marketing practices will result in account revocation.

Affiliate Payments

Payment Schedule: Payments will be made after 60 days from the transaction date or the end of the refund period (whichever is greater).
Payment Methods: Payments will be processed via ACH or International Wire Transfer.
Minimum Payout: A minimum payout amount of USD 100 applies.
